In Weinstein's symplectic "category", objects are symplectic manifolds and morphisms are canonical relations, which may not be composable; it is therefore only morally a category. We construct a true differential graded category which is morally dual to Weinstein's "category". The objects in this category are prequantum systems, associated to integral symplectic manifolds. The morphisms are a complex of differential forms twisted by a prequantum line bundle. We also consider the cohomology category, which turns out to be an (ordinary) linear category. In each case, Weinstein's morphisms are associated with currents dual to the forms. For the differential graded category, these are isotropic, or if preferred Lagrangian, currents, twisted by a section of the prequantum line bundle; in the case of cohomology, these currents are supported on integral Lagrangian submanifolds, equipped with a global covariant constant section of the prequantum line bundle. We then apply our methods to quantization, and show that for Kahler manifolds, a quantization in this category is related to holomorphic quantization. Along the way we show that in the case of prequantum systems, the Lefschetz action of ${\mathfrak {sl}}(2,\R)$ on differential forms, studied by Brylinski, Mathieu, Guillemin, and Tseng-Yau in the symplectic case, is promoted to an action of the superalgebra ${\mathfrak {osp}}(1|2)$ on twisted differential forms, with ${\mathfrak {sl}}(2,\R)$ as the even subalgebra. A first application of this superalgebra action is the vanishing theorem which shows the cohomology category is supported in middle dimension.

Klingenberg's theorem on Anosov geodesic flows
In 1970, Klingenberg proved a fundamental result on closed Riemannian manifolds with Anosov geodesic flows, asserting that such manifolds are without conjugate points. The proof, based on the Morse theory of the energy functional, had crucial gaps pointed out by Anosov, who saved the theorem by providing a completely independent proof. In this article, we fill the gaps in the original argument, and thus provide a full Morse theoretic proof of Klingenberg's theorem.

Stein structures not determined by the contact boundary
We construct two Stein structures on the same compact smooth four-manifold whose boundary contact forms are strictly identified and whose first Chern classes agree, but whose exact symplectic forms are not symplectomorphic. Moreover, no diffeomorphism makes the associated Weinstein structures homotopic. The examples are obtained by removing a tubular neighborhood of a smooth bicanonical curve from a fake projective plane and comparing the induced Stein structure with its conjugate. Their canonical Spinc structures differ by a nonzero class of order two. After the boundary forms are normalized using a common Boothby-Wang connection form, a hypothetical symplectomorphism preserves the oriented circle fiber and extends over the divisor cap, contradicting canonical-class rigidity. For the Weinstein statement, the required fiber-preservation is obtained from a monopole Floer grading asymmetry, using the Nelson-Weiler computation and Taubes's ECH-Seiberg-Witten correspondence. This gives an affirmative solution to a normalized version of the relative filling problem following Problem 4.96 in the K3 problem list.

Pseudo–Kähler induction on Lie groups with entire Grauert tubes
Given a closed subgroup $H\subseteq G$ and a Hamiltonian $H$-space $Y$, one can construct an induced Hamiltonian $G$-space. In this paper we investigate this construction in the setting where $Y$ is endowed with a compatible complex structure. Our aim is to develop symplectic induction in this framework and to establish the corresponding Kähler analogues of the classical results. The main idea is to replace the cotangent bundle $T^*G$, appearing in the standard construction of $\operatorname{Ind}$, with the Grauert tube of $G$. We focus on Lie groups admitting a globally defined Grauert tube and study the resulting pseudo–Kähler induction procedure.

Toric real loci via moment polytopes
Toric real loci are distinguished lagrangian submanifolds of toric symplectic manifolds. We develop a polyhedral model for toric real loci, called a kaleidoscope, based on the restriction of the moment map. This construction provides a direct geometric description of the topology of toric real loci and leads to simple criteria for orientability, together with transparent formulas for the Euler characteristic. We illustrate the theory with numerous examples and count, in every complex dimension up to 9, the smooth toric Fano varieties whose real loci are orientable. The kaleidoscope construction offers a simple, visual, and effective framework for understanding the topology of toric real loci through the combinatorics of their moment polytopes.

Searching for $J$-holomorphic curves via machine: first steps
We assemble numerical algorithms to search for $J$-holomorphic curves in symplectic manifolds. Each algorithm employs several different numerical techniques, each technique addressing a different aspect of the geometric problem. We separately consider both classical Fourier expansion and deep neural networks in our algorithms and compare their performance. Our algorithms take as input a smooth curve in a given homology class and search for a $J$-holomorphic curve in the same homology class. We first verify we can produce explicitly known holomorphic curves in complex manifolds, for example the Weierstrass $\wp$ function on the torus and curves in $S^2\times S^2$ with the standard complex structure. Then we search for $J$-holomorphic curves in $S^2\times S^2$ with non-integrable almost complex structures: essentially we start with a known holomorphic curve in an integrable almost complex structure $J_0$, deform $J_0$ to a nearby nonintegrable almost complex structure $J_\epsilon$, and use our methods to find the nearby $J_\epsilon$-holomorphic curve.

Abel-Jacobi Map and Symplectic Topology
We develop a harmonic-coordinate approach to the identity component $G_\omega(\Sigma_g)$ of the symplectomorphism group of a closed oriented surface of genus $g\ge2$. Using an intrinsic decomposition of the Abel-Jacobi displacement into a global flux part and a zero-average harmonic fluctuation, we introduce the harmonic flux norm and prove its non-degeneracy on the full identity component without Floer theory. We also show the norm is continuous in the $C^0$-topology, deduce that $\mathrm{Ham}(\Sigma_g,\omega)$ is $C^0$-closed inside $G_\omega(\Sigma_g)$, and produce a locally injective harmonic-coordinate chart near the identity. Along the way we derive first-order expansions for the norm, quantitative fixed-point obstructions, and propose a finite-dimensional persistence invariant (the harmonic barcode) associated to the harmonic displacement filtration.

Random Hamiltonians II: A central limit theorem and the Hofer geometry of random walks
This paper investigates the global geometry of the group of Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms $\operatorname{Ham}(M,\omega)$ using random walks. On a large class of symplectic manifolds, we show that the expected Hofer norm of such a random walk grows at least as fast as the square root of the number of steps. Furthermore, we show that if the random walk is restricted to an abelian subgroup, then the growth rate is also bounded from above by the square root of the number of steps. We also provide some numerical evidence suggesting that this upper bound fails away from commutative subgroups. This provides, for subgroups of the group of Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms, a probabilistic version of the flatness observed in commutative finite-dimensional Lie groups. En route, we show that the class of probability measures introduced in the prequel is a class of Borel measures with respect to the $C^\infty$-topology on $\operatorname{Ham}(M,\omega)$, show the measurability of the stable commutator length, and show a central limit theorem for Hofer-Lipschitz quasimorphisms on $\operatorname{Ham}(M,\omega)$.

Finite-Rank Lie Algebroids for Singular Foliations of Prescribed Vanishing Order
We construct a family of finite-rank Lie algebroids realizing, through their anchor maps, the singular foliations of vector fields vanishing to a prescribed order at the origin. The construction is obtained from the sub-adjacent Lie algebroids of a class of left-symmetric algebroids.

A note on the self-intersection of rational unicuspidal curve with one Puiseux pair
For any $(p,q)$, we proved the existence of a rational unicuspidal curve with one Puiseux pair $(p,q)$ in an algebraic surface, with a self-intersection which realizes the upper bound $m_{p,q}$ conjectured by the first-named author in \cite{C}, thus strengthening the symplectic version of the result in \cite{C}. These “optimal" curves were obtained by examining two infinite families of rational bicuspidal curves, one in $CP^2$ and one in $CP^1\times CP^1$. In order to facilitate the computations, we derived certain recursive identities, and as a byproduct, we obtained a new formula for the bound $m_{p,q}$, which is more amenable to computations and gives us better insight concerning the nature of the bound. As a byproduct of this investigation, a formula for the last entry of the multiplicity sequence of the singularity was also found.

New symplectic singularities from $SU(2)$ gauge theories
Families of $\mathrm{Sp}(1)\simeq\mathrm{SU}(2)$ gauge theories with eight supercharges are found to have a Higgs branch which is an isolated symplectic singularity. These are, in some sense, the most “minimal” gauge theories as they only Higgs to a trivial theory. The matter content is $N$ fundamental half-hypermultiplets and one half-hypermultiplet in the $\mathrm{Sym}^k$ representation where $k=1,3,5,7$. The cases of $k=1,3$ reproduce the known Kraft–Procesi construction for minimal nilpotent orbit closures of $\mathrm{SO}(N+1)$ and the $g\mathrm{SO}(N)$ singularities of \cite{Bourget:2025wsp}, respectively. The cases $k=5,7$ are new isolated symplectic singularities which are termed $h\mathrm{SO}(N)$ and $i\mathrm{SO}(N)$, respectively. The classification of these isolated symplectic singularities is argued for through the Higgs mechanism, with Hilbert series and highest weight generating (HWG) functions computed for some cases. Each of the $g\mathrm{SO}(N)$, $h\mathrm{SO}(N)$, and $i\mathrm{SO}(N)$ families has a (quaternionic) one-dimensional member; these are the Klein $A_3$, $E_6$, and $E_8$ singularities, respectively. Our construction hence provides realisations of these Klein singularities as Higgs branches (hyper-Kähler quotients) of $\mathrm{Sp}(1)$ gauge theories, complementary to Kronheimer's construction \cite{Kronheimer:1989zs} using the $\widehat A_3$, $\widehat E_6$, and $\widehat E_8$ affine quivers. The Klein $E_7$ singularity is also realised as a Higgs branch (hyper-Kähler quotient) of an $\mathrm{Sp}(1)\times\mathrm{O}(1)$ gauge theory.

Characterizing slopes for Legendrian knots
We establish a criterion relating smooth and contact characterizing slopes under a uniqueness assumption. Let $L$ be a Legendrian representative of a knot $K\subset S^3$ with standard contact structure, and assume that the isotopy class of $L$ is uniquely determined by its classical invariants: the Thurston–Bennequin invariant $tb(L)$ and the rotation number. Then, for any non-zero rational number $r$, if $r+tb(L)$ is a smooth characterizing slope for $K$, it becomes a contact characterizing slope for $L$. As applications, we study the characterizing slopes for Legendrian representatives of the unknot, trefoil, figure-eight knot, cinquefoil, $5_2$, and $\overline{5_2}$.

Mirror functor for deformed preprojective algebras
We study localized homological mirror symmetry associated to an immersed Lagrangian brane $\mathbb{L}$, possibly equipped with a higher rank flat bundle, of a symplectic manifold $X$. Under a certain finiteness assumption on the Floer theory of $\mathbb{L}$, we deduce a quasi-equivalence $\mathcal{D}\mathrm{Fuk}_\mathbb{L}(X) \cong \mathcal{D}_{\mathrm{fd}}(\tilde{\mathcal A}_\mathbb{L})$ using Koszul duality, where $\tilde{\mathcal{A}}_{\mathbb{L}}$ is the dual differential graded quiver algebra called the extended localized mirror. We apply this to obtain some HMS results for plumbings of cotangent bundles of spheres, and to reproduce known results of split-generation of compact objects. In the second part of the paper, we consider bulk deformation cycles of $X$ that have non-trivial intersections with $\mathbb{L}$. This gives rise to noncommutative deformations of the mirror. When applied to (framed) plumbings, we obtain mirror functors to deformed preprojective algebras (or Nakajima quiver varieties at a general complex moment-map level). For the ADHM and affine $ADE$-type immersions, our construction produces mirror functors to the noncommutative spaces studied by Kapustin-Kuznetsov-Orlov, Baranovsky-Ginzburg-Kuznetsov and Kawamata.

A geometric approach to the (generalized) Noether theorem for Hamiltonian systems on (non)-uniform q-contact manifolds
In this paper, we develop a unified Hamiltonian framework for dynamical systems with multiple independent dissipation channels based on q-contact geometry. As an application, we embed an elastoplastic damage model with two internal variables into the non-uniform 2-contact framework, explicitly construct the underlying geometric structure, derive the effective equations of motion, and validate the theoretical predictions through numerical simulations, which confirm the exponential dissipation law and the associated rescaled conserved quantity.

Resonances and string point invertibility for compact rank one symmetric spaces
We calculate the Batalin-Vilkovisky (BV) algebra structure of Rabinowitz loop homology for compact rank one symmetric spaces. As a consequence, we prove that such a space satisfies a natural homological condition called string point invertibility if and only if its Euler characteristic is equal to the characteristic of the coefficient field for loop homology. This implies certain cases of Viterbo's conjecture on a uniform bound on the spectral norm of exact Lagrangian submanifolds in cotangent disk bundles. Furthermore, we prove that whenever a compact rank one symmetric space is string point invertible, the critical levels of its loop homology classes with respect to an arbitrary Riemannian metric satisfy a resonance condition with respect to degrees and a density condition for closed geodesics. This generalizes results of Hingston and Rademacher for spheres to a broader class of compact rank one symmetric spaces.

Explicit Hamiltonian Classification in the $F_4(0)$ Toric Degeneration of $CP^2$
We give an explicit coordinate description of the Hamiltonian isotopy classes of the regular Lagrangian torus fibers of the smoothing \(\widehat{F}_4(0)\) of the \(F_4(0)\) toric degeneration, expressed in the explicit Oakley–Usher coordinates on \(\CP^2(\sqrt2)\). For the wall fibers, they are not Hamiltonian isotopic to standard toric fibers, and no two distinct wall fibers are Hamiltonian isotopic. For the off-wall fibers, we find the standard toric fibers they are Hamiltonian isotopic to.

AKSZ Descent on Manifolds with Ordinary Corners
Under an explicit formal mapping-space hypothesis, we develop a facewise formulation of the classical AKSZ construction on compact oriented manifolds with ordinary corners. The codimension-$r$ data—a mapping space carrying a closed two-form of degree $r-1$, an action of degree $r$, and a cohomological vector field—and the modified Batalin–Vilkovisky/Batalin–Fradkin–Vilkovisky Hamiltonian identity relating consecutive strata are those of the maximally extended BV–BFV theory of Cattaneo–Mnev–Reshetikhin. What is added here is the organization over the entire face poset: the Hamiltonian defect on a face is the sum of the pullbacks of the primitives on its codimension-one faces, weighted by the orientation incidence numbers, so that the boundary term of the single-stratum identity is resolved into its connected pieces with signs. Organizing these defects by the face incidence complex yields a total-complex theorem: factorially normalized facewise transgression is a cochain map, so closed target forms transgress to cocycles, and the twice-iterated defect vanishes because the signed face differential squares to zero. We verify all four codimension-two cancellations explicitly for four-dimensional BF theory on $M=\Gamma\times[0,1]^2$. We also establish a reduction criterion for singular corner data. If a raw codimension-two descendant is presymplectic and its reduced Dirac structure is the graph of a Poisson bivector, the shifted cotangent construction gives a canonical strict degree-two corner theory. The passage from a reduced Poisson bivector to a strict corner theory is already recorded in \cite{CFT2026}; what is isolated here is the hypothesis under which it applies, and its relation to the face-incidence structure. The construction provides a rigorous ordinary-corner benchmark for extensions of AKSZ descent to Joyce generalized corners.

Geodesic string counting invariants and arithmetic of multiplicities
We study rational valued counts of geodesic strings (reparametrization equivalence classes of closed geodesics) for complete Riemann-Finsler manifolds, based on the Fuller index of the geodesic flow. The main conceptual result is a product type formula for these counts. Combined with aspects of KAM theory, it yields the following sample phenomenon. Let $g$ be a generic Finsler metric on $T ^{2}$, sufficiently $C ^{\infty }$-close to a flat metric, and fix a prime $p$ and a nontrivial free homotopy class $\beta $. If there is a class $\beta$ $g$-geodesic string with multiplicity divisible by $p$, then there is another one. We also obtain arithmetic constraints on counts of closed geodesics in mapping tori and flat bundles, and constraints on the existence of negative sectional curvature metrics. These counts can be understood as a shadow of a conjectural orbifold Morse homology of the infinite-dimensional quotient stack $[LX/S^1]$.
