Sharper Bounds for the Complex Grothendieck Constant

We show that $1.4<K_G^{\mathbb{C}}<1.404898554746$, where $K_G^{\mathbb{C}}$ is the complex Grothendieck constant. The upper bound improves on Haagerup's bound of $1.40490913\ldots$ from 1987, and the lower bound improves on Davie's bound of $1.33807$ from 1984. The upper bound combines ideas from the real and noncommutative complex cases of Grothendieck's inequality.

Weyl Pseudo Almost Periodic Type Solutions to Semilinear Stochastic Evolution Equations Driven by Fractional Brownian Motion

In this paper, we analyze square-mean Weyl almost periodic solutions and square-mean Weyl double-measure pseudo almost periodic solutions for a class of semilinear evolution equations in separable Hilbert spaces driven by two-sided fractional Brownian motion with Hurst index $H<1/2$. Due to the non-integrability of covariance density for $H<1/2$, a Hölder-continuity condition on the diffusion coefficient is required. An illustrative example involving a stochastic parabolic equation demonstrates the applicability of obtained results.

Examples of Noncompact Quasinilpotent Hankel Operators

For every nonzero real number $a,$ we prove that the integral Hankel operator on $L^2(\mathbb R_{+})$ with kernel $k(t)=t^{-1+ia}$ is noncompact quasinilpotent. This answers in the affirmative a question by Peller \cite{Peller1998} about the existence of noncompact quasinilpotent Hankel operators. Moreover, we obtain the corresponding Hankel operators on the Hardy space with symbols $\left((1-z)/(1+z)\right)^{ia}.$

Rayleigh-Residual Flow I: Normal Matrices

We study the squared Rayleigh-residual functional on complex projective space and its negative gradient flow. For an arbitrary complex matrix, every positive-residual critical point has a strictly descending tangent direction; consequently, the local minima are precisely the eigenlines. For normal matrices, we describe the critical set in terms of circles through spectral points and identify the amplitude dynamics with a replicator equation whose payoff matrix has rank at most four. This gives explicit logarithmic first integrals and a reduced representation of interior trajectories. We compute transverse escape rates near critical components and analyze how polynomial reweighting changes unstable coordinates. Finally, we distinguish local saddle trapping from concentration of Haar-distributed initial states and derive the density of the filtered ensemble. Numerical examples with random spectra and a Jordan block illustrate convergence, nonmonotone Rayleigh motion, and the improvement of finite-time spectral exploration by low-degree random polynomial filters.

Dirichlet–Neumann bracketing for nonlocal operators

We establish Dirichlet–Neumann bracketing for the Dirichlet eigenvalues of $\psi(-\Delta)$ on bounded Lipschitz domains, where $\psi$ is an arbitrary complete Bernstein function. The eigenvalues lie between $\psi$ applied to the corresponding Neumann and Dirichlet eigenvalues of the Laplacian. Both inequalities are strict whenever $\psi$ admits no meromorphic continuation to $\mathbb C \setminus \{0\}$. The proof uses quadratic forms, operator monotonicity, and an analysis of equality in resolvent comparisons. Applying the bracketing to intervals and balls gives a unified proof of simplicity of interval eigenvalues and antisymmetry of second eigenfunctions in balls under the same condition on $\psi$. For fractional powers, these recover results of Fall, Ghimenti, Micheletti and Pistoia for the interval, and of Fall, Feulefack, Temgoua and Weth and, independently, Benedikt, Bobkov, Dhara and Girg for the ball. The argument extends these conclusions to a broader class of nonlocal operators.

Compactness of Toeplitz Operators on the Bergman Space

Let $\varphi\in L^\infty(\D)$. We study compactness criteria for \(T_\varphi\) on the Bergman space $A^2(\D)$. Axler and Zheng~\cite{AZ1998} established a necessary and sufficient condition for compactness in terms of the Berezin transform. For a general bounded measurable function $\varphi$, however, its Berezin transform $\tilde{\varphi}$ does not readily reveal the intrinsic properties of $\varphi$. Motivated by a characterization in terms of the symbol itself, Zhu~\cite{ZhuSlides} proposed a conjecture on compact Toeplitz operators. In this paper, we characterize compactness of $T_\varphi$ on the unweighted Bergman space in terms of local averages of the symbol. We prove that compactness is equivalent to the vanishing of averages over Bergman disks of any prescribed fixed radius. We also establish an equivalent criterion in terms of Carleson box averages that tend to zero uniformly in the angular variable. Finally, we construct a nonnegative bounded symbol whose Carleson box averages tend to zero at every fixed angle, although the associated Toeplitz operator is not compact.

On absolutely Cesàro bounded operators

We study $p$-absolutely Cesàro bounded operators, with particular emphasis on self-improvement, weighted shifts, and linear dynamics. Our first main result shows that, for $1<p<\infty$, every positive absolutely Cesàro bounded operator on $L^p(\Omega)$ is automatically $p$-absolutely Cesàro bounded. We then characterize $q$-absolute Cesàro boundedness of backward shifts on weighted $\ell^p$-spaces for $q\geq p$ and use this characterization to construct examples exhibiting a wide range of possible growth rates of the powers. In the dynamical direction, we obtain new obstructions to absolute and strong Cesàro boundedness; in particular, no strongly Cesàro bounded operator on a nonzero Banach space is chaotic or upper frequently hypercyclic. We also introduce Cesàro ratio-boundedness and compare it with absolute Cesàro boundedness. Finally, a general Baire-category principle yields a genericity theorem for the failure of $p$-absolute Cesàro boundedness.

A purely metric characterization of supercritical Sobolev spaces

In this paper we provide a purely metric and derivative-free characterization of continuous mappings in the local supercritical Sobolev space. More specifically, we show that a continuous mapping $f\colon\mathbb{R}^n\to\mathbb{R}^m$ lies in the local Sobolev space $W^{1,p}_\text{loc}(\mathbb{R}^n\colon\mathbb{R}^m)$ if and only if $f$ is a $(p,1-n/p)$-compactly Hölder mapping, where $p>n$. In fact, we prove the following more general result: whenever $X$ is a complete $Q$-Ahlfors regular metric space supporting a $p$-Poincaré inequality with $p>Q$, and $V$ is any Banach space, the compactly Hölder class $CH^{p,1-Q/p}(X\colon V)$ consists precisely of the continuous representatives of the local Hajłasz and Newtonian Sobolev spaces $M^{1,p}_\text{loc} (X \colon V)$ and $N^{1,p}_\text{loc}(X\colon V)$. We also establish quantitative comparisons between the corresponding seminorms.

Dimension-free Riesz transform estimates on biased hypercubes via non-tracial baby Fock models

We study dimension-free Riesz transform estimates on hypercubes equipped with non-uniform product measures. For $2\leq p<\infty$, we prove a dimension-free Meyer inequality for the associated carré du champ, with constants independent of both the dimension and the product measure. In contrast to the uniform case, the carré-du-champ square function does not in general coincide with the unweighted Riesz square function. Under an additional boundedness assumption on the weight parameters, we further obtain dimension-free estimates for the latter. Our proof is based on a transference from the biased hypercube to a non-tracial baby Fock model. We introduce new annihilation operators and the associated Riesz transforms on the biased hypercube, and derive explicit formulas relating them to the Riesz transforms on the non-tracial baby Fock model. The main analytic ingredient is a dimension-free $L_p$-estimate for the resulting noncommutative Riesz transform, proved by a rotation argument in the spirit of Pisier and Lust-Piquard. The same analytic mechanism also yields dimension-free Riesz transform estimates on $q$-Araki–Woods algebras.

Transfinite octahedrality in spaces of operators

We study necessary and sufficient conditions on a Banach space $X$ such that $L(Y,X)$ is transfinite (rigid) octahedral for any Banach space $Y$. We present several examples of such $X$. As application of our results, we find the first example in the literature of Banach space which is rigid octahedral but fails any transfinite version of octahedrality. We also improve some previous results about octahedrality in ultrapower spaces.

Lipschitz-free spaces are strongly unique preduals

We prove that the Lipschitz-free space $\mathcal{F}(M)$ is the strongly unique isometric predual of $\mathrm{Lip}_0(M)$ for every metric space $M$, solving a longstanding open problem of Weaver. The result is proved first for length metric spaces by analyzing the behavior of Lipschitz functions on paths in $M$ and the topological properties of subspaces of functions vanishing on certain barrier-sets of $M$. Then, the result is extended to general metric spaces by embedding them into length spaces in such a way that the restriction operator for Lipschitz functions is weak$^*$ continuous with respect to their selected preduals. Finally, we also give a counterexample to the codimension-one inheritance assertion used in Weaver's original proof for bounded and geodesic metric spaces.

Cesàro-type operators on average radial integrability spaces induced by doubling weights

In this paper, we study the Cesàro-type operator $$ \Ces_{\mu,\beta}f(z)=\int_{[0,1)}\frac{f(tz)}{(1-tz)^\beta}\,d\mu(t), $$ where \(\mu\) is a positive Borel measure on \([0,1)\) and \(\beta>0\). For \(0<p,q<\infty\) and radial doubling weights \(\omega_1,\omega_2\), we prove that \(\Ces_{\mu,\beta}:\AL_p^q(\omega_1)\to\AL_p^q(\omega_2)\) is bounded if and only if $$ \mu([0,1))+\sup_{1/2\le r<1}\frac{\mu([r,1))}{(1-r)^\beta}\left(\frac{\what\omega_2(r)}{\what\omega_1(r)}\right)^{1/p}<\infty, $$ and its norm is comparable to this quantity. For standard weights, our result extends \cite{BlascoMas2026,GalanopoulosSiskakisZhao2025} to the full range $0<p=q<\infty$. We further characterize compactness and the essential norm on average radial integrability spaces induced by doubling weights.

A complete characterization of eventually entanglement breaking unital quantum channels

We obtain a complete characterization of eventually entanglement breaking (EEB) unital channels in terms of some simple commutation properties of their eigenvectors. Specifically, the following properties are equivalent for a unital channel: (i) it is EEB; (ii) it is eventually positive partial transpose (PPT); (iii) it is eventually mixed twisted dephasing; and (iv) its eigenvectors corresponding to non-zero eigenvalues commute with all its peripheral eigenvectors. Similar results hold for one-parameter semigroups of unital quantum channels, where continuity forces such semigroups to become primitive. We employ a matrix integral technique inspired by a result of Watrous. We also characterize the extreme points of the convex set of unital EB channels and, using this characterization and the theory of equiangular tight frames (ETFs), identify several extreme points beyond the twisted dephasing channels.

On random diameters of convex bodies

Let $K \subset \mathbb{R}^N$ be a convex body containing the origin in its interior. In this work, we study the diameters of random sections of $K$ and derive upper and lower bounds for them in terms of geometric parameters of $K$. Our bounds hold with large probability, and they offer new insights into this widely studied subject. Our upper bound complements the so-called low $M^*$-estimate and in many cases it is much sharper. The two lower bounds that we give are each of a different nature: depending on the body in question each time, either could be better, and in many interesting cases it matches the upper bound too. Subsequently, we apply our results to determine random diameters of $p$-ellipsoids (images of $\ell_p$ balls under diagonal operators), improving upon previously known results and achieving sharp estimates in many cases. One notable application is to Information-Based Complexity Theory, where we manage to establish a simple (and essentially optimal) dichotomy in response to a very natural conjecture posed by Hinrichs, Prochno and Sonnleitner in 2023. Our solution settles precisely when it is useful to replace the optimal information used for the recovery of vectors from a $p$-ellipsoid with random (Gaussian) information, which can be more practical to obtain.

Finally, we construct a separable TVS that fails to satisfy this property.

Bounds on the Minimum Eigenvalue Modulus for Hadamard Products of $\mathbf{M}$- and $\mathbf{H}$-Matrices and Their Inverses

The quantity $q(A\circ A^{-1})$, the minimum modulus of the eigenvalues of $A\circ A^{-1}$, arises naturally in connection with positive diagonal symmetrizability. For an invertible $\mathbf{M}$-matrix $A$ of order $n$, the classical bounds $\frac{2}{n}\leq q(A\circ A^{-1})\leq 1$ are known. We discuss the sharpness of the lower bound $\frac{2}{n}$ and investigate the converse of a related result involving the Jacobi iteration matrix. In particular, we show that $\rho(J_{A_k})\to 1$ does not, in general, imply $q(A_k\circ A_k^{-1})\to \frac{2}{n}$, and identify a class for which this implication holds. We then turn to invertible $\mathbf{H}$-matrices, a broader class that contains invertible $\mathbf{M}$-matrices. We show that $A\circ A^{-1}$ is an invertible $\mathbf{H}$-matrix whenever $A$ is an invertible $\mathbf{H}$-matrix. In contrast to the $\mathbf{M}$-matrix setting, $q(A\circ A^{-1})$ can be arbitrarily close to zero. However, replacing $A^{-1}$ by the inverse of the comparison matrix restores the classical lower bound: we prove that $q(A\circ\mathcal{M}(A)^{-1})\geq \frac{2}{n}$ and obtain further bounds involving the Jacobi iteration matrix of $\mathcal{M}(A)$. Finally, for positive diagonally symmetrizable invertible $\mathbf{H}$-matrices, we establish the upper bound $q(A\circ A^{-1})\leq1$ and, in the irreducible case, characterize when equality occurs.

Sharp Gaussian Mixed-Norm Theory for Fock Spaces

We develop a structural theory of the Gaussian mixed-norm Fock spaces $\mathcal F_{\alpha}^{p,q}$, where $\alpha>0$ and $0<p,q\leq\infty$, which separate angular $L^p$-means from radial Gaussian $L^q$-summability. We first prove the sharp circle-mean estimate $M_p(f,r)\leq C_{\alpha,q}(1+r)^{-\frac{1}{q}} e^{\frac{\alpha}{2}r^2}\lVert f\rVert_{\mathcal F_{\alpha}^{p,q}}$, $r\geq0$, where $M_p(f,r)$ denotes the angular $L^p$-mean of $f$ on the circle $\lvert z\rvert=r$ with the convention $\frac{1}{\infty}=0$, and show that the exponent $-\frac{1}{q}$ is optimal. The proof is based on a local mass principle for convex Laplace-type exponents, which also yields an annular discretization of the mixed Gaussian norm. Using this discretization, we characterize the continuous embeddings between mixed-norm Fock spaces and obtain an atomic decomposition in terms of normalized Fock kernels, with coefficients belonging to a corresponding annular mixed sequence space. We further characterize Carleson and vanishing Carleson measures and identify the continuous duals in the Banach, quasi-Banach, and endpoint regimes. For $p<1$, the atomic decomposition relies on a quantitative re-centering theorem that controls expansions of normalized Fock kernels under perturbations of their centers. This theorem is of independent interest even for the Hilbert Fock space $\mathcal F_{\alpha}^{2}$.

Noncommutative $L^p$-integrators and stochastic differential equations in $L^p$

We propose a new framework for noncommutative stochastic integration in $L^p$, inspired by Bichteler's notion of $L^p$-integrators, that massively generalizes our previous theory of $L^2$-valued stochastic integration against $L^2$-decomposable processes. Central to our framework is a noncommutative analog of a predictable integrand we call a predictable linear process. We develop basic properties of stochastic integrals against "noncommutative $L^p$-integrators" and establish a useful criterion for a noncommutative stochastic process to be a noncommutative $L^p$-integrator. This criterion applies, in particular, to a rich class of processes we call measured decomposable processes, which includes free Brownian motion and, more generally, the $q$-Brownian motions. We also show that, when specialized appropriately, our framework recovers the classical notion of an $L^p$-integrator up to the fact that the noncommutative theory sees only the modification class of a classical stochastic process. As an application, we use our theory to study noncommutative stochastic differential equations (SDEs) in $L^p$. Under natural local-Lipschitz and boundedness assumptions, we establish the existence and uniqueness of maximal solutions and show that a maximal solution with finite lifetime must blow up in $L^p$ norm. As corollaries, we obtain new existence and uniqueness results for free SDEs and SDEs driven by $q$-Brownian motion. Notably, in the free case, our results apply to coefficients arising through the continuous functional calculus from merely locally Lipschitz scalar functions, as opposed to locally operator-Lipschitz functions.

A General Framework for Operator Continuity between Riesz Spaces

We introduce and study $\mathcal{FG}$-order continuous operators between Riesz spaces, based on Tantrawan's generalized (unbounded) order convergence. This framework includes several familiar classes of operators and allows their properties to be studied in a unified setting. We establish order boundedness and lattice-theoretic results; in particular, we show that strongly order continuous operators are automatically order bounded and prove that the modulus of an order bounded $\mathcal{FG}$-order continuous operator remains $\mathcal{FG}$-order continuous under suitable assumptions. The latter result gives an affirmative answer to a previously posed problem for strongly order continuous operators. We also establish a general result ensuring classical order continuity, from which order continuity results for several familiar classes of operators follow. Furthermore, we characterize, under suitable hypotheses, when the space of order bounded $\mathcal{FG}$-order continuous operators is a band. Finally, we prove an extension theorem for positive $\mathcal{FG}$-order continuous operators, providing a counterpart of Veksler's extension theorem in this framework.

Kadison–Singer partitions and Bilu–Linial graph signings in polynomial time

We prove two main algorithmic results in spectral discrepancy. First, we give a deterministic polynomial-time rounding theorem for rational positive semidefinite matrices of arbitrary rank. The algorithm starts from any rational fractional signing and assigns one sign per original matrix. Its discrepancy is less than $3.37\,\|\sum_i \mathrm{Tr}(A_i)A_i\|^{1/2}$. This yields Kadison–Singer half-partitions with error below $1.69\sqrt{\varepsilon}$, as well as deterministic graph signings that control signed adjacency and signed degrees simultaneously. The proof builds on the spectral-potential method of Ezeunala and Jiang (2026) and introduces a new way to choose rounding directions. We prove polynomial bit complexity for the rounding procedure. Second, we give a Las Vegas algorithm for the Bilu–Linial signing problem on an arbitrary prescribed graph. If $G$ has $n$ vertices and maximum degree $\Delta\ge3$, the algorithm terminates almost surely. It uses fewer than $100n^3$ insertion attempts in expectation and returns a signing with $\|A_s\|<2\sqrt{2(\Delta-1)}$. For bipartite graphs its one-sided form gives the sharp universal bound $\|A_s\|<2\sqrt{\Delta-1}$. The algorithm builds the signing by inserting vertices and recursively deleting and restoring neighbors after rejected insertions. In the analysis, the $\sqrt2$ gap to the Bilu–Linial conjecture comes from a factor of two in the bound for vertex deletions in the two-sided case. On a $d$-regular bipartite Ramanujan base the same signing produces a Ramanujan $2$-lift of that prescribed base.

Sewing on Thin Groupoids, Knitting, and Based Holonomy for Lipschitz Paths

An approximate action of the pair groupoid of a metric space determines an action of its Lipschitz-thin groupoid on complete extended metric fibers, uniquely characterized by its local sewing estimate. We prove this assertion under a superlinear three-point defect estimate and a Lipschitz bound for finite products. As a result, we obtain a positive proof of Curry and Manchon's sewing conjecture [2], with the necessary path-scaling correction to its estimate. Further restriction to isotropy constructs the based holonomy anticipated in their Remark 4.15 as a representation of based Lipschitz loops modulo thin equivalence. Rectangular comparison estimates give full relative Lipschitz-homotopy descent, in particular under their strong knitting hypothesis and under any three point estimate of total order greater than two. We prove the corresponding flatness and basepoint-covariance statements. An area model shows that the order threshold is sharp. We also separate the exponential estimate from the general knitting assumptions and exhibit a compact disk metric for which strong knitting does not imply invariance under merely continuous homotopy. As an application, for controlled fields on a metric space, we prove that the classical rough integral descends to the thin groupoid and admits substitution with a common rough controller.

Closed Range and Essential Norms of Composition Operators on Weighted Dirichlet Spaces

We study closed range and essential norms of bounded composition operators $C_\varphi$ on weighted Dirichlet spaces $\mathcal{D}_{\alpha}$. For $-1<\alpha<0$, we first consider maps whose images are obtained by removing a compact subset from a simply connected subdomain of $\mathbb{D}$. In this setting, closed range is equivalent to the Reverse Carleson property and the Reverse Carleson Disk Condition for the counting measure $\mu_{\varphi,\alpha}$, uniform weighted area density of the image, $\mathbb{T}\subset\overline{\varphi(\mathbb{D})}$, and the inclusion of an outer annulus in the image. We also obtain a closed range characterization under the Uniform Tail Condition. For all $\alpha>-1$, we establish two-sided essential norm estimates in terms of local averages of the generalized Nevanlinna counting function and an exact formula using boundary tail integrals. If the normalized counting density has vanishing oscillation at the boundary, we obtain exact formulas in terms of its boundary limsup, Berezin transform, and local averages.

Absolutely summing operators on Bergman spaces over convex domains of finite type

Let $\Omega\subset\mathbb C^n$ be a smoothly bounded convex domain of finite type. We characterize absolute summability on its Bergman spaces and estimate approximation errors in the summing norm. For $1<p<\infty$ and $1\le q,r<\infty$, we characterize absolutely $r$-summing Carleson embeddings $A^p(\Omega)\to L^q(\mu)$ by diagonal operators formed from normalized masses on McNeal balls. For $1<p,q<\infty$ and $1\le r<\infty$, we obtain a corresponding big Hankel criterion using local $L^q$ distances to holomorphic functions, with the appropriate volume weights. Both criteria give upper and lower norm estimates. The proofs combine uniform local nuclear estimates, kernel synthesis, and an analytic decomposition at two fixed scales. Local Taylor polynomials give explicit rank and error bounds for the embeddings. These bounds transfer to general Hankel operators when $p=2$ or $q=2$. Suitable atomic embeddings have the same best approximation errors as their diagonal models, up to constants. A family of Hankel operators contains a complemented copy of the diagonal ideal and has matching approximation rates for power sequences in the Hilbert case. For positive Toeplitz operators on finite-type ellipsoids, we compute exact spectral asymptotics in three regimes, including the critical logarithmic factor and the leading constants for geometric symbols. These asymptotics give optimal approximation rates in the summing norm. Applications to composition and Volterra operators include the target endpoint $q=1$.

Noncommutative Maximal Ergodic Theorems for Modulated $(C,\alpha)$-Averages with Operator-Valued Weights

In this paper, we study modulated $(C,\alpha)$-ergodic averages with operator-valued weights and their subsequential versions in the setting of semifinite von Neumann algebras. Our framework combines $(C,\alpha)$-type modulation with operator-valued weights and extends both scalar-weighted and operator-valued weighted ergodic theories. We establish mean ergodic theorems and maximal inequalities for these averages on noncommutative $L_p$-spaces. We then study bilateral almost uniform and almost uniform convergence in noncommutative Orlicz spaces, including convergence along subsequences of density one. A key ingredient in our approach is the introduction of the $p$-convexity condition on the underlying Orlicz function. This condition enables us to transfer appropriate maximal estimates from noncommutative $L_p$-spaces to establish bilateral uniform equicontinuity in measure at zero on the corresponding noncommutative $p$-convex Orlicz spaces. Together with the noncommutative Banach principle, this yields the desired pointwise convergence results. As an additional consequence of our $p$-convexity argument, we extend Rota's theorem to a larger class of noncommutative Orlicz spaces associated with the $p$-convex Orlicz functions considered in this article.

Sampling and Interpolation in Gaussian Mixed-Norm Fock Spaces

We establish sharp sampling and interpolation criteria for the radial–angular Gaussian mixed-norm Fock spaces $\mathcal F_\alpha^{p,q}$, where $\alpha>0$ and $0<p,q\le\infty$. The natural point-evaluation scale leads to the normalized restriction $R_{\alpha,\Lambda}^{p,q}f = \bigl(f(\lambda)e^{-\frac{\alpha}{2}|\lambda|^2}(1+|\lambda|)^{\frac{1}{q}-\frac{1}{p}}\bigr)_{\lambda\in\Lambda}$. With this normalization, the critical density is the classical value $\frac{\alpha}{\pi}$ throughout the Banach and quasi-Banach ranges. For an arbitrary locally finite set $\Lambda$, sampling is equivalent to $D_{\mathrm{sep}}^{-}(\Lambda)>\frac{\alpha}{\pi}$, together with relative separation when $p<\infty$; no relative-separation condition is required when $p=\infty$. Here $D_{\mathrm{sep}}^{-}$ is the supremum of the lower Beurling densities over separated subsets of $\Lambda$. Interpolation is equivalent to separation and $D^{+}(\Lambda)<\frac{\alpha}{\pi}$. The same criterion characterizes interpolation for the little endpoint $f_\alpha^{p,\infty}$, and in both settings the normalized restriction map admits a bounded linear right inverse. The sufficiency arguments are based on rapidly localized Hilbert dual and Lagrange atoms together with a weighted localized synthesis theorem on the full mixed-norm scale. For necessity, we prove that lower stability of a rapidly localized matrix on a weighted annular mixed sequence space implies lower stability on $\ell^2$. The proof first passes to $\ell^\infty$ by translated polynomial cutoffs and a commutator estimate, and then uses the $p$-independence theorem for the Sjöstrand class. Applied through a fixed Hilbert sampling lattice, this reduces the strict density conditions to the classical Hilbert Fock sampling and interpolation theorems.
